For your business to receive its ţţ淨r Storage Installer Authorization, at least one employee must earn the individual Installer Certification, and at least one employee must earn the individual Design Certification.
Individual Installer Certification
Complete the ţţ淨r Storage Installation Certification training on , a 7.5-hour online training course covering how to correctly install an ţţ淨r Storage system.
Installers and employees that earn a provisional Installer Certification can also attend an in-person training at one of the regional ţţ淨r training centers to earn the full Installer Certification. A full Installer Certification is not required for a business to receive its ţţ淨r Installer Authorization; however, it is recommended to improve the understanding of ţţ淨r ţţ淨r Systems and components.

Individual Storage Design Certification
Complete the ţţ淨r Storage Design Certification training on , a 2-hour online training course covering the correct process for designing an ţţ淨r System, submitting a design for review, and receiving approval from the ţţ淨r Design Review team. At least one employee must have completed training and received the certification before submitting designs.

No, your company must have at least one employee that’s earned an individual ţţ淨r Storage Installer Certification and completed the course on ţţ淨r University.
Your company would no longer be authorized to design and install an ţţ淨r System with storage. At least one new employee must complete the training and earn the certification before your company can continue commissioning systems.
No, certifications do not expire. However, the certified employee must maintain them by completing any new curriculum on the latest technology and systems. We’ll email you when critical updates are available to review and should be completed within the specified time period.
