Some parameters in the System List did not have filtering capability until now. Now, users can filter these parameters:
- Issue Count
- Owner Email
- System Size
- Current Power
- Operational
- Interconnection Date
- % of estimated (month)

Solar Offset metric is now available
Added a new performance metric called Solar Offset on the Status and Energy pages. You can also customize the existing Performance metrics by clicking on Manage to show/hide different cards.
To display this metric on Status and Energy pages, click on Manage and enable Solar Offset.
Microinverter type now displayed on Array page
Enhanced Array page to display microinverter type and details for easier monitoring.

View last known settings on app (IQ PowerPack 1500 v6.0.0 and above)
Added the last known settings in the app when the device is offline or powered off.
Weather information now available on the app:
You can now view weather information based on your site address.
Navigate to MENU > System > Site Details and click on Edit to update your address anytime.

Added the ability to view the microinverter type on the Array view and Array Builder
We have provided users with the ability to view the type of microinverter on the array panels on the View tab and Array Builder. When clicking a particular panel, users will also see the microinverter details in the tooltip.

Added a new Not Reporting device status for the cell modems
It is misleading to show the cell modem as retired when it has lost connectivity during operation but has not actually retired. So, like other devices like the battery or microinverter, we have added a new Not Reporting device status for the cell modems in addition to the Normal and Retired statuses.
Note - This will be gradually rolled out to the systems after the eSW-related changes are deployed per Gateway.
What’s fixed
- Resolved the issue of the Grid Profile changes not syncing with the new System List.
- Fixed the issue of space, case and special character sensitivity for the zip code used during the Transfer of Ownership process.
- Reduced the severity of some SoC-related events that are expected on the system but caused changes in the system status.

Updated Electricity Rate Settings
Users can add and view their Hourly Dynamic Prices by selecting their Utility and Rate Name. Go to Menu > Settings > Electricity Rate
Updated Battery Settings
Users can set their batteries to charge from grid or discharge to the grid as per the battery mode set during system commissioning by the installer. Go to Menu > Settings > Battery

Users can view their grid connection details: Connection Type, Connection Year and Battery Mode. Go to Menu > System > Site Details
What’s new
For all installers:
Improved site search with autocomplete functionality: The app now features intelligent search with autocomplete suggestions, displaying results dynamically as installers type and supporting partial name matches for faster site search.
- Regional inventory protection (coming soon): To prevent geographical arbitrage, enhanced location validation will be implemented soon. The system verifies serial numbers against installation country locations to ensure devices are activated in their intended markets.
IQ Gateway update and replacement process: The app now automatically initiates cloud upgrades when installing new gateways with older firmware and manages the entire replacement process with status notifications and guided workflow.
- Homeowner access management: Email changes for homeowner accounts are restricted after six months of system operation. To change ownership, homeowners must use the Transfer of Ownership service. Learn more about Transfer of Ownership.
- Production meter enablement: Automated meter state management now disables production meters when microinverters are first added and requires revalidation for existing system configurations.
- CT configuration flexibility: The app now allows switching between Load only and Load with solar modes during CT configuration without restarting the wizard.
For North America, Mexico, and Puerto Rico installers:
Battery configuration enhancement: Improved guidance for battery breaker configuration and oversubscription settings prevents mismatches between DER port selection and battery breaker details.
Storage CT validation: New jumper cable detection in the storage CT wizard checks L2 voltage before battery charge test to prevent misconfiguration and ensure proper system setup.
PV breaker monitoring: The enhanced monitoring system provides clear wiring instructions and automatically clears errors once proper connections are verified.
For APAC and EMEA installers:
- Phase sequence validation: The app now includes a step to verify the grid-side wiring of the IQ System Controller for the correct phase sequence. This check is mandatory for three-phase backup sites.
Upload IQ System Controller checklist: The app advises installers to upload wiring and checklist images of the IQ System Controller for future system diagnostics.
IQ Gateway replacement flow enhancement: The streamlined gateway replacement process in the EMEA/APAC regions now offers clear choices between system extension and replacement with automated validation checks.
Power Export Limit updates: Power control settings have been reorganized with improved PEL configuration for IQ7 systems and streamlined access to ţţ淨r Power Control features.
Dynamic Load Balancing for IQ EV Charger: The app now supports configuration and power limiting for IQ EV Chargers through dynamic load balancing. The grid interconnection capacity field is mandatory for this feature.
- IQ Energy Router system flexibility: IQ Energy Router support has been extended to allow IQ Battery installations with third-party string inverters, removing the requirement for ţţ淨r microinverters.
- IQ Combiner Lite management: The app now implements specific microinverter quantity limits based on inverter models, with automated validation during system configuration.
- Consumption meter validation: The ability to use Expert Mode has been removed when polarity issues or zero readings are detected in Consumption CT.

- Device replacement validation: Enhanced security checks during device replacement now validate if devices are already commissioned on other sites before allowing replacement, preventing duplicate installations.

- Installers can now use the Request System Access link on the Company Profile page to request system access from a homeowner.

Added an option to check Battery Health
- Installers can now check the Battery Health parameter in the IQ Batteries section of the Devices page by clicking on the Limited Warranty of the battery.
- This feature gives installers additional insight into the system’s battery status and performance.

PV module compatibility calculator
- The new Activations page now includes a link to the IQ Microinverter compatibility calculator, making it easier to check PV module compatibility with IQ Microinverters.
Improved workflow for navigating between battery and system
- Installers can now easily navigate between Battery Configuration and Profile Settings on the Activations page. A clearer separation ensures accurate redirection and displays relevant options based on battery count.
Enhanced subcontractor assignment functionality
- Subcontractor assignment is now operational on the new Activations page, allowing both user and administrator roles to add authorized subcontractors as intended.
IQ Battery and IQ System Controller provisioning status on new Activations page
- The new Activations page now includes IQ Battery and IQ System Controller details in the Provisioning section. This allows installers to see if these components have been provisioned and take any required actions.
For North America installers:
Grid Connection Type updates for all states: The Grid Connection Type field is now displayed for sites in all states across North America region, and not just limited to Illinois or California.
- When a site is located in states other than Illinois or California, the Grid Connection Type field will display the following options:
- Solar and/or Storage (with utility service)
- Full Off-Grid (without utility service)

Enhanced device validation for grey market prevention in EMEA
- The ţţ淨r Installer App now includes region-based device validation during commissioning to maintain inventory integrity and prevent unauthorized cross-region installations.

To improve clarity regarding power flow, a note has been added to the phase selection page in Live Status.
For ţţ淨r App users with IQ EV Chargers in Bermuda:
Homeowners can create an IQ EV Charger only site
Users in Bermuda can now create an IQ EV Charger only site using the ţţ淨r App. To add a charger, go to Menu -> Add Devices -> IQ EV Charger.
For ţţ淨r App users with SunPower migrated systems:
Estimated Warranty is now available
Estimated Warranty is now displayed for third party inverters. To view, go to Menu > System > Devices > Third Party Devices > Estimated Warranty.

- Resolved the issue where Monetary Impact values were incorrect in specific cases.
- Updated LED status in Live Vitals page to show Battery on standby when the battery DC switch is off due to low charge.
